The most famous fairy tale by Danish storyteller H. K. Andersen, well known and loved by young audiences. The story of a tender little girl who suffers from adversity and loneliness, but looks at the world with kind eyes and has a loving heart. It is interesting for little ones to watch the magical birth of Thumbelina from a flower, her adventures and encounters with various creatures. In the finale of the play, the kind Swallow helps Thumbelina and takes her with him to the magical land of the Elves. And for adults, the fairy tale known from childhood acquires new features through the allegorical depiction of real life in fairy-tale characters.
