Olha Lysenko has been working at the Kharkiv Theatre for Children and Youth since 1984.
For many years, Olha Leonidivna has been actively involved in organizing the creative process, overseeing the artistic activities of the troupe.
As the assistant to the chief director for the troupe, she helps the directing team in approving performers for roles in the current repertoire productions. Owing to her deep knowledge of the actors’ artistic abilities, she participates in the distribution of roles in renewed and premiere performances. Constantly improving her professional skills, she has an excellent command of the technology and specific features of the creative and production process, as well as the complex staging structure of the theatre’s performances.
Over many years of dedicated work, Olha Leonidivna has established herself as a highly professional expert who thoroughly understands and skillfully performs her duties.
In 2007, she received a Certificate of Recognition from the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration; in 2012, a Letter of Appreciation from the Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration; and in 2015, a Certificate of Recognition from the Kharkiv Regional Council.
